A Place In The Sun will be back for another series.
has confirmed there will be all-new episodes of the show as early as next month. House-hunters will give the presenters, including Laura Hamilton, Lee Juggurnauth, Craig Rowe, Jasmine Harman, Leah Charles-King, Jean Johansson and Ben Hillman, some big tasks - to locate their perfect property and keep it in budget.
Each episode will see one of the presenters head to a location in France, Spain and Portugal to try and find the perfect home for their clients. Other locations include , Cyprus and Italy.
In the first episode, Laura Hamilton will help Fran and Noel swap their summer in Shoreham-by-Sea to sunnier climes in Andalucía's Pueblos Blancos. The pair are after a perfect holiday home in Spain for both them and their two Ebony and Charity. With a budget of £100,000, will Laura be able to help them find the perfect property?
Elsewhere, Lee Juggernauth heads to Southern Valencia in Spain to help Carol and David. The couple - who hail from Hertfordshire - have been visiting Spain for 20 years and now they want to seal the deal and buy themselves their own holiday home in their favourite place. The pair have sold their home to fund their holiday abode, so the pressure is on! With £225,000 to spend, Lee has some great ideas for the couple - but will they like the properties he's chosen?
In another episode, Craig Rowe heads to the Canary Islands to get Bridget and Rob the property they've always dreamed of. The pair have devoted their lives to their children, their work and being foster parents and now want somewhere to travel for some much needed winter sun! The couple have a budget of £160,000 - will they find their dream home?
A Place In The Sun is a fan favourite and it will be marking 20 years of its live show in 2025. The A Place In The Sun Live will be heading to Bristol in early February, Manchester in early March, London's Excel in May, Birmingham's NEC in September and Dublin in October.
