As gears up to swap her home comforts for the wilds of the Australian jungle in , a source tells that she's left Wayne with a strict set of rules to follow. The 38-year-old WAG, who's been hotly tipped to be braving the creepy crawlies this year, has reportedly laid down the law to her hubby, seven years after her rival had her own jungle stint.

With the possibility of being away for up to three weeks, that Coleen has crafted a 'rulebook' for Wayne, with the top command very clear. "She doesn't want to come out of the jungle and see that Wayne has done something silly and be humiliated. She's given him clear rules and told him 'the boys need you, don't mess up, don't humiliate me'."

"Coleen is very, very savvy and she knows that her going into the jungle will put them both under a spotlight," they dished. "People will be watching everything she says and does and she knows it'll be the same for Wayne so she wants to make sure everything goes smoothly."

"She doesn't want to come out of the jungle and see that Wayne has done something silly and be humiliated. She's given him clear rules and told him 'the boys need you, don't mess up, don't humiliate me'."

According to the source, Wayne, 39, has been banned from hitting the town or indulging in drinks while he's on dad duty in Cheshire or visiting Plymouth. Post-work, the football legend is expected to bee-line back to their family nest and dive into full-on fatherhood. "He's not allowed to go out partying or drinking when he's at home or in Plymouth, and when he finishes work at the football club he has to drive straight home to Cheshire and be at home with the boys."

Moreover, Wayne's been tasked with attending all the children's school events and extracurricular clubs, with the source adding that Coleen's message is clear: "just be the best dad he can be".

Coleen has spent the last 15 years dedicated to raising their four boys - . Her upcoming stint in the jungle will likely be the longest she's ever been away from home without them. However, her life as a full-time mum hasn't been all smooth sailing. She's weathered numerous scandals over the years, largely due to Wayne's youthful indiscretions and "not acceptable" behaviour with other women.

The former star, who took on the role of manager for Championship club Plymouth Argyle in May, was while she was pregnant with Kai. In 2017, he faced a drink driving charge after being pulled over by police with party-goer Laura Simpson.

In their which aired two years ago, devout Catholic Coleen addressed her husband's past mistakes, stating "It's not acceptable what he's done but it's happened and that was a stage of life that we were in at the time. But we've moved on."

Now, as she prepares to leave the UK for up to a month, sources say Coleen has made it clear she doesn't want any repeat of his past errors. "Her parents will be in charge during the week with school runs and things, but when Wayne isn't working, he's been told he has to be just as hands-on as she normally is," they claimed.

"When she's in charge, she's incredibly dedicated to her family - she's very much a working full-time mum. But her time in the jungle is her moment, it's something she's doing just for herself and she doesn't want to be 'that mum in the jungle' crying and worrying about her kids.

"She knows the jungle strips people down and there's nowhere to hide and she wants to be feeling her best in there. She doesn't want the spotlight to be stolen for all the wrong reasons. She doesn't want to come out and see photos of Wayne on nights out or anything."

Coleen is reportedly set to pocket the biggest ever I'm A Celeb paycheque, with a staggering £1.5m heading her way. And even before she jets off, everyone's buzzing about one thing - the infamous Wagatha Christie saga.

In a , Coleen triumphed over Rebekah Vardy after being sued for defamation when she accused Rebekah of leaking stories to the press. Following her legal victory, Coleen expressed no "ill will" towards Rebekah, wife of footballer Jamie Vardy, but noted that the verdict "makes it clear that I was right in what I said" regarding the leaks.

With whispers that Rebekah might shockingly turn up in the jungle this year, the source says Coleen's ready to tackle the subject head-on, provided Wayne keeps a low profile.

According to the source: "She's not naïve, she knows people will ask her about the history, even if it's not aired. She knows the Rebekah stuff will probably come up too, and she's more than happy to have her say because she has her receipts in order from the legal verdict."

They added: "That said, she also knows Rebekah would have a right to reply and would probably take it, so Wayne is under instructions not to engage or be dragged into something."
