Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike is continuing to be one of the most sought-after players in Europe this summer.
Chelseahave been regularly mentioned as having an interest in signing Ekitike this summer as they look to bring in a new centre forward, while Arsenalhave also been credited with an interest.
Both Chelseaand Arsenal look to already be strengthening their striker options this summer. The Blues have signed Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, while the Gunners are advancing in negotiations to sign Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres.

Despite both Arsenal and Chelsea seemingly looking elsewhere for their striker solutions, Ekitike is continuing to be linked with both clubs as a move to the Premier League seems more probably by the day.
Ekitike is reported to be valued at around 100million (£86million) by Frankfurt this summer, and has also been mentioned as a potential target for Liverpool and Manchester United while Newcastle United are the latest clubs to be credited with an interest.
The 23-year-old would eventually leave his homeland in 2024 to join Frankfurt initially on loan before the move was later made permanent. It was back in the summer of 2022, when Ekitike was at Reims at the time before going on to join Paris Saint-Germain, that the striker opened up on the possibility of leaving France for the first time.
“I had an appointment with Luis [Campos] which meant a lot to me," Ekitike said in an interview with Le10 Sport in July 2022.
"It was not so long ago. We talked a lot, he is someone I value a lot. I wanted to come to PSG before this exchange [with Campos], but he convinced me even more [to go to PSG]
"I’m not setting aside everything Newcastle did for me to come. If I had to go abroad, I would have gone there. But when PSG wants you and you’re French, you can’t refuse."
