The iconic Spice Girls star displayed her flexibility in the snap flexing her muscles as she posed and pulling her leg up to touch her foot on her waist. Victoria, 50, wore grey leggings teamed with a grey crop top with white trainers and white ankle socks for her gym session.

With her hair scraped back into a sleek bun she added fingerless weightlifting gloves to the look and sweatbands on her wrists. David meanwhile stood to the side of his wife in co-ordinating grey shorts and a white t-shirt.

Victoria captioned the image writing: "When your gym look inspires your husband." The fashion designer appeared to be alluding to them wearing matching colours for their collaborative workout session.

The post comes amid claims that. The 19-year-old is currently dating Jackie Apostel who recently turned 29.

Sources have claimed that Victoria has her worries in an post to celebrate her birthday. A source told OK! that while Victoria acknowledges her children, including Cruz’s siblings Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, and Harper, 13, have been forced to grow up more quickly than non-celebrity kids, she doesn't want them to rush into anything too serious.

They said: "Although Victoria is pleased that Cruz seems happy in his relationship, she does have some concerns about the age gap and whether her youngest son is ready for that kind of commitment. "Cruz is still a teenager whereas Jackie is a fully grown woman who is at a different stage in her life and may want things that Cruz is not quite ready for." Cruz, believed to be putting the final touches on his debut solo album, has been dating gorgeous singer-songwriter Jackie since April, following his split from Norwegian musician Bby Ivy, real name Viktoria Reitan.

The couple has been spotted together multiple times, including a cosy lunch with Victoria celebrating her Paris Fashion Week success. Earlier this week, Cruz brought Jackie to watch Inter Miami, co-owned by his father David, compete against New England Revolution at Florida's Chase Stadium, alongside his mum and sister.
