Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is offering the final opportunity to book affordable flats under its Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana, with discounts of up to 25%. The deadline for booking is 26 August 2025, after which the scheme will close.
Over 7,500 Flats Available Across DelhiThe scheme was launched on 27 May 2025, providing around 7,500 flats across three major locations in Delhi. While many units have already been sold, a limited number of flats are still available.

The entire booking process is online.

Applicants need to register on the DDA website by entering their name, email ID, mobile number, PAN, Aadhaar, and date of birth.

A registration fee of ₹2,500 is mandatory.

After login, applicants can select the available flat of their choice.
Buyers must keep all documents, bank details, and sufficient funds ready before booking. Once a flat is selected, the payment must be completed within 15 minutes.
