was snapped wiping tears from his eyes after getting dismissed for an entertaining 20-ball 34-run knock on his Indian Premier League debut during the ongoing clash between Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants on Saturday, April 19. Notably, the 14-year-old was subbed in as an Impact Player by the home side's management.
Suryavanshi was looking all set to get to his half-century after getting off to a brilliant start during the run chase. However, he had to head back to the shed after getting stumped off an Aiden Markram delivery by the opposition skipper, Rishabh Pant. Understandably, Suryavanshi was disappointed by how he got dismissed.

The prodigious Suryavanshi was off to a flyer of a start as far as his stint in the IPL is concerned. He clobbered the very first delivery he faced for a massive maximum over the extra-cover fence to get going. Backing away from the line of the ball, the budding talent flat-batted a delivery from Shardul Thakur to leave everyone in awe of the majestic shot.
RR are in pursuit of the 181-run target which was set by LSG. Earlier in the evening, the visitors opted to bat first after Rishabh Pant won the toss. Markram top-scored with a well-paced 66 (45). LSG's Impact Player, Ayush Badoni, ended up unbeaten on a 50-run knock off 34 deliveries. Abdul Samad's late surge of 30 off 10 deliveries at the end propelled LSG to the aforementioned 180-run total.
