A man was caught on Friday while trying to scale the wall of the Parliament complex in the national capital, a Delhi Police official told PTI.
According to TV reports, security personnel stationed at the Parliament premises noticed the man attempting to climb the boundary wall with the help of a tree and immediately stopped him.
Authorities have detained him and initiated interrogation.
