One cup of water chestnut flour, one boiled potato, finely chopped green chillies, green coriander, salt, desi ghee, and water.
Method
Mix water chestnut flour, mashed potato, green chillies, rock salt, and green coriander in a vessel.
If needed, add some water and knead the soft dough.
Make dough balls and roll them lightly with a rolling pin.
Heat the pan and fry the parathas in ghee till they turn golden on both sides.
Sabudana Khichdi
It is prepared quickly and gives full energy. To make it, one cup of soaked sago, one boiled potato, two spoons of roasted peanuts, green chillies, curry leaves, rock salt, and ghee will be required.
Method of making Sabudana Khichdi
Wash the sago thoroughly and soak it for 6-7 hours.
Heat ghee in a pan, add green chillies and curry leaves to it.
Add chopped boiled potatoes and fry lightly.
Now add sabudana, rock salt, and roasted peanuts.
Cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes till sabudana becomes transparent.
Serve with lemon juice and green coriander on top.
Falahari Tikki
Falahari Tikki is suitable for eating during fasting and is ready quickly. It is a crispy recipe prepared with boiled potatoes, water chestnut or Rajgira flour, rock salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, and ghee.

Mash boiled potatoes and add flour, rock salt, chillies, coriander, cumin, and lemon juice to it.
Now, make tikkis from this potato mixture.
Put some ghee in the pan and fry the tikkis on both sides till they turn golden.
Serve hot with curd or fasting chutney.
Rajgira Halwa
If you want sweet during fasting, then Rajgira Halwa is a nutritious option. This halwa made in desi ghee is full of both energy and taste. The method of making Rajgira halwa is easy and does not require many ingredients.
Ingredients
One cup Rajgira flour, three to four teaspoons of desi ghee, two cups of water or milk, half a cup of sugar, half a teaspoon of cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits like almonds, cashews.

Method of making Rajgira halwa
Heat ghee in a pan and add Rajgira flour to it and fry on low flame till a light fragrance comes and the color changes.
Now add hot water or milk to it slowly and keep stirring continuously so that lumps do not form.
When the flour absorbs the water, add sugar to it and mix.
When the sugar melts, add cardamom powder and dry fruits.
Cook for two to three minutes and turn off the gas. Serve hot halwa.
