A peculiar incident has surfaced in Patna, Bihar's capital, leaving everyone who hears about it shocked. Near Patna Junction Golambar, a public dispute broke out between a woman and her brother-in-law on a busy street, attracting a large crowd and drawing the attention of local police. The woman accused her brother-in-law of taking advantage of her vulnerability by engaging in a relationship with the promise of marriage.
Background
According to reports, the woman married Dinesh Kumar from Nalanda in 2017. Tragically, Dinesh passed away in 2020 due to COVID-19. Following his death, the woman alleges that her brother-in-law, Gautam, initiated a relationship with her under the pretense of marriage, which lasted for six months. However, when she protested, she says her in-laws harassed her and eventually forced her out of the home. The woman further claims that Gautam falsely accused her for financial gain. The police are investigating the case following the complaint.
The Woman's Account
The woman asserts that her in-laws expelled her from the house after an altercation on July 10, 2022. Gautam, however, claims his sister-in-law has filed these allegations to prevent his upcoming marriage on December 10, even confronting him at his office and allegedly attacking him.
