A video capturing a heated altercation in a roadways bus in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has gone viral on social media. The clip shows a bus conductor climbing onto a seat to physically assault a passenger.
The IncidentThe confrontation reportedly occurred on a Kanpur-Unnao bus operated by the Lucknow depot. The dispute arose when a passenger refused to pay for his ticket, claiming to be a bus staff member. However, upon inspecting the passenger's identification, the conductor discovered that his bus pass was from 2022 and no longer valid.

An argument between the two quickly turned physical, with the conductor losing his temper and attacking the passenger. In the viral video, the conductor can be seen standing on a seat as he strikes the passenger.
Other Passengers InterveneWhile some passengers tried to intervene and stop the fight, the conductor appeared unwilling to back down. The bus was eventually stopped, and the passenger was made to disembark.
