Ingredients for No Bread Sandwich
1 cup rava
⅓ curd
½ tsp salt


Carrots
Onions

Coriander
Potatoes
1 packet Eno
Cheese slices
How to make
In a bowl, add 1 cup rava (semolina), ⅓ cup curd, ¾ cup water and ½ tsp salt. Mix it well and keep it aside.
Chop vegetables of your choice and add them to this mixture. Add one sachet of Eno and 2 tbsp water to it. Then mix well.
Prepare your sandwich maker by applying butter and pour 2 tbsp of the mixture. Place half the cheese slices and add another layer of the mixture on top of it. Now, let your sandwich cook well in the sandwich maker.


Ingredients to make Onion and Cheese Sandwich
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
5-6 curry leaves
2 chopped green chillies
3 thinly sliced onions
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chaat masala
100 gms grated cheddar cheese
Bread
Handful of fresh coriander
1 green chilli
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon


How to make sandwich
First of all, heat oil in a pan. Then add cumin seeds to it. After the cumin seeds crackle, add curry leaves, green chillies and chopped onions. Fry it for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and add fresh coriander powder, salt and chaat masala. Pour this mix into a bowl and mix it with grated cheddar cheese. Keep it aside.

sandwich recipesAfter this, to make coriander chutney, add coriander leaves, chillies, salt, sugar, lemon juice and some water in a blender. Blend it till it becomes a smooth paste.
Spread coriander chutney on both slices of bread. Add the cheese and onion filling. Roast the sandwich in the same pan in which you prepared the onion paste and cook it for a few minutes until it becomes crispy and golden.
