Freddy Brazier has made a public display of filial affection after months of family tension, by sharing a heartfelt post about watching his father perform on stage.
The aspiring model, who is the younger son of late reality TV star Jade Goody, posted a montage of photos on Instagram after seeing Jeff Brazier in 101 Dalmatians: The Musical.
In his caption, Freddy praised his dad’s stage debut, writing: "I’ve now been to watch 101 Dalmatians three times. Some would say Fred you got a lot of time on your hands don’t ya? Well yes I do got too much time on my hands actually!

"But I just love watching my Dad at work and having fun and smiling, it makes me smile. I’ve Loved watching my Dad and the rest of the cast in the show as has everyone that I’ve gone with or spoke to. What a great show if you haven’t watched it you’ve got till the 30th so hurry up!!"

Jeff, 45, responded to his son's tribute with an emotional comment that hinted at hopes of a more personal reconciliation at home. He wrote: "This is beautiful Fred thank you for taking the time. I love you forever and I’m there for you through thick and thin. Hopefully see you at home tonight x"
The exchange comes after a difficult period for the father and son, whose relationship has reportedly been strained in recent months.
This spring Freddy made headlines when he moved out of the family home to live with his maternal grandmother, Jackiey Budden.
Tensions were said to have been caused by Jeff expressing concern about Freddy being pictured smoking and spending more time with Jackiey, who Jeff has had a long-standing feud with.
He has previously claimed that during his sons’ childhoods, Jackiey would spoil them with "unsuitable" gifts, such as a hamster he says she bought Freddy without checking if that was okay first.
Freddy has also had a turbulent year personally, and revealed in June that he planned to attend rehab in Spain to address an addiction to smoking.
He admitted: "I’ve been smoking from the age of 12 and it’s time to stop. It was a bad coping mechanism that turned into an addiction – something I relied on and something that made me feel sane and somewhat OK."
He added that he wanted to be "clean" in order to repair relationships within his family, particularly with Jeff and Jackiey, saying: "I want to be happy and be in a healthy relationship and have a healthy relationship with my Nana and my father."
Freddy's struggles have reportedly been compounded by feelings of being overshadowed by his older brother Bobby, 22, who has enjoyed major success with EastEnders and Strictly Come Dancing.
A source previously claimed that Freddy felt like he had "fallen into the background", leading to his rebellious streak.
Despite the rocky patch in their father son relationship, Jeff has continued to publicly support his son. During an appearance on Loose Women earlier this year, the presenter admitted Freddy was "eager" to watch him perform in 101 Dalmatians.
