“We know that the more that EVs blend with peoples’ everyday routines, the more it makes sense to go electric, and with our unique partnership we’re able to align drivers’ charging experiences across both home and public charging points.
“Fresh from repositioning the business as Pod and launching Pod Drive, we’re committed to building momentum and bringing our brilliant partners on our mission; to make EV charging easy and affordable for everyone.”
How do I earn Clubcard points?Clubcard members can build up points when they shop at Tesco, and there is a range of ways you can do this. You get:
- One Clubcard point for every £1 spent in stores and online
- One point for every two litres of fuel bought from Tesco forecourts
- One point for every £1 spent on Tesco Mobile
- One point for every £4 spent on a Tesco credit card, and
- One point for every £1 spent using a Tesco Clubcard Pay+ debit card
Once you have collected enough Clubcard points, you can then convert them into vouchers. The minimum number of points you need is 150 - which will give you a voucher of £1.50. Once you have converted your points to vouchers they last for two years. Tesco currently has over 100 Reward Partners including Disney+, Thorpe Park, Alton Towers, Pizza Express, Legoland, Hotels.com, and Zizzi.
To redeem your Clubcard points with partners, you have to turn them into vouchers, and then into Partner Reward codes. If you choose to use them for a Rewards Partner, you get double the value of your points, so 500 points would be worth £5 in-store but £10 when spent with a Rewards Partner.
Under the rules, you can't collect Clubcard points on tobacco or tobacco-related products, lottery, stamps, prescription medicines, infant formula milk, Tesco gift cards, third party gift cards, saving stamps, in-store concessions, Paypoint payments or purchases of some Tesco Bank products.
