Emmerdale fans 'work out' Tom King's downfall - and it's good news for Belle Dingle

Send Push

Emmerdale viewers are certain that Isaac Dingle will be the one to expose Tom King's wicked deeds. As regular watchers of the ITV soap know, villainous Tom (James Chase) has been tormenting his estranged wife Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) for months.

Despite ending their marriage, Belle continues to suffer at Tom's hands, now facing legal charges for his axe attack.

Belle is in desperate need of proof that Tom secretly installed cameras in their old house, as requested by the police to substantiate her claims about Tom's behaviour.

The evidence was kept on his tablet, which he almost lost when his younger cousin Carl (Charlie Joyce) borrowed it without asking.

However, when Isaac Dingle (Bobby Dunsmuir) joined Carl to play games on the iPad, he ended up taking the device home.

Moira Dingle (Natalie Robb) soon discovered the tablet and managed to unlock it, only to be shocked by video footage of Belle in her own home.

Realising the significance of what she's found and how it could aid Belle, Moira quickly left a message for her sister-in-law, reports .

But before Moira could inform Belle about the secret footage, she suffered a seizure and forgot what she had seen. When Belle arrives at the house and questions Moira about what occurred, Moira becomes emotional.

She has forgotten about the iPad and the crucial evidence it held.

Belle pleaded with her to remember, but Moira broke down, unable to recall anything about the iPad that could have saved Belle. Tom then breaks into Butlers Farm cottage, retrieves his tablet, and destroys the evidence.

However, sharp-eyed Emmerdale viewers are certain that Isaac swiped a memory card from Tom's gadget, which held duplicates of the footage.

One fan speculated on a social media group dedicated to the ITV soap: "I reckon that little boy has taken the memory card out of Tom's smashed iPad because he had his games saved on there."

A second responded: "Yes he saw Tom. Smash it and I know my kids have memory cards for their games on iPad so let's hope he has as I really want Tom to be found out."

A third joined in: "Ooh hope so," while another shared: "That's a good idea."

"Think he might of done, didn't think of that", added another.

Will Isaac be Belle's saviour from Tom?

Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7:30pm on ITV and ITVX, with an hour-long episode every Thursday
