Shoppers looking for a new TV could be in luck, as one of Hisense's popular models has fallen to its lowest-ever price, but that's not all. A lesser-known cashback offer drops the price by a further £200, as Hisense will give shoppers cashback straight into their bank account.
With a combination of a record low price and cashback, it's proving to be one of the standout tech deals available right now. The Hisense 50" MiniLED QLED Smart AI TV is priced at £699, down from its usual £999. A deal which is being offered on both Amazon and Argos, but shoppers can also claim a huge cashback amount when they buy.
Hisense is offering shoppers £200 back when they buy, as long as the purchase takes place between September 10 and October 7. Consumers should keep their proof of purchase and then head to autumncashback.hisensepromotions.co.uk to claim the money back. All in all, that's a £500 saving.
This TV uses Mini-LED technology, which means thousands of tiny lights work together in precise zones to create brighter highlights, deeper blacks and richer colours. Paired with a 144Hz panel and HDR1000, everything looks sharp and vivid whether it's watching films, sports or box sets.
The Hi-View AI Engine does the hard work in the background, analysing each frame in real time. It also automatically boosts the resolution, brightness and colour so whatever people are watching looks at its best.
For those who love gaming, they get an extra boost with 144Hz Game Mode Pro, and as soon as they plug in a console, it kicks in to cut down lag and keep everything running smoothly. Sound isn't left behind either as a built-in subwoofer - a specialised speaker - adds punch to the 2.1 channel surround system.
For some other options, there is the Hisense 50 Inch Smart 4K UHD HDR Mini LED Freely TV for £699 from Argos. This TV is said to 'offer an immersive home entertainment experience' due to its technology and high refresh rate. It also comes with a built-in subwoofer and Dolby Atmos. There is also the Samsung 65" QLED 4K Vision AI Smart TV 2025 for £799 from Currys, which comes with a large choice of apps and services and a 60 Hz refresh rate.
The Hisense TV has a 4.5 out of 5-star rating from almost 300 reviews on Amazon. One person said: "Excellent value for money with a multitude of apps available and great picture quality, easy to set up too with the mobile app."
Another said: "I bought this TV as a replacement for another one. It's 75 inches, it has a fantastic picture and great sound quality. Can't fault this at all. Anybody who likes a large TV, the cheaper ones like this are just every bit as good as the more expensive."
A third wrote: "Good picture. Easy installation. Great on the wall." A handful of others shared opposing reviews, as one person said: "Visual quality is great. Audio is terrible, unusable without external speakers.
"For a couple of days, there was an update where it ran an advert every time you powered it on, which was ridiculous, but then it seems they rolled that back, and I haven't seen it since. A good deal and looks nice, though the ads in the software are disappointing." Another said: "TV works great but the remote is wonky, you press volume once and sometimes it registers as multiple presses. Other than that, it's great."
