Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were issued a dire warning following the recent fall from grace of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. The disgraced royal was stripped of his titles, honours and HRH style last week by his brother, the King, according to a statement by Buckingham Palace.
On Sunday, it emerged that Charles had requested that Andrew's final military title be removed as the final nail in the coffin for the former prince's public life due to his links to convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Defence Secretary John Healey said the King had "indicated that's what he wishes" and that the Government is working to remove Andrew's rank as Vice Admiral in the Royal Navy.
Now, a royal commentator has warned the Duke and Duchess of Sussex that, now that Andrew has essentially "paved the way," it could be them who see their titles axed next.
Lee Cohen, a US-based columnist/royal and foreign policy commentator, told GB News: "I am eagerly awaiting the day we receive the same news about the divisive, self-promoting, narcissists Harry and Meghan..."
He added: "Harry and Meghan, who have no talent, no judgment, no humanity and nothing but bad intentions, must be quaking in their boots because now there is a clear protocol and precedent to strip them of the only thing that makes them relevant."
It comes as US President Donald Trump said he feels "badly" for the Royal Family amid the continuing fallout over Andrew's connections with Epstein.
Speaking to reporters on board Air Force One late on Sunday, the US president was asked about the King's decision to strip his brother of his peerages and the title of prince.
"It's a terrible thing that's happened to the (royal) family," Mr Trump said.
"That's been a tragic situation. It's too bad. I feel badly for the family."
Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing.
