King Charles is feeling "frustrated and upset" following Prince Harry's latest attack against the Royal Family, it has been claimed. After losing a multimillion-pound fight for protection in the UK, made the decision - with the Duke of Sussex telling the BBC in America that his father "won't speak" to him.
Despite an update revealing the state of the relationship with the royals, Harry, 40, is still claiming that he wants to "reconcile" with his family - whom he has been feuding with for some time. According to an insider, the King, 76, has been left feeling "frustrated and upset" .
Speaking to before Harry's interview, a friend of said it would have been "constitutionally improper" for him to intervene in the court case. They added: "What has frustrated and upset him on a more personal level is the Duke's failure to respect this principle. And for his supporters to suggest that somehow his father doesn't care about his family, or should step in. He's been particularly concerned that it has taken considerable resources and cost for the Government to defend their position."
Since the interview aired, Buckingham Palace has released a statement. It simply read: "All of these issues have been examined repeatedly and meticulously by the courts, with the same conclusion reached on each occasion."
