Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have confirmed that their BBC series will be returning for a second season. Following the success of the first few episodes, as launched to an audience of 4.2 million on BBC One, the fly-on-the-wall reality series is currently filming some brand new episodes.
Across six episodes, the celebrity couple welcomed viewers into their Pickle Cottage home as fans watched moments from Stacey winning an NTA, to the couple navigating Joe's . Series two is set to see Stacey and Joe taking a family trip, and continuing to manage their busy work lives, passion projects and celebrating milestone family moments at their home along with their children, four ducks, four ducklings and two dogs.
As the news of another series was announced by , Stacey and Joe released a joint statement, which said: "The biggest thank you to every single person who watched the first series of Stacey & Joe... We've been so grateful for all the lovely messages and we're so excited to bring out another series with the ."
Charlotte Brookes, Head of Popular Factual, Optomen, added: "We're thrilled with how Series 1 performed and delighted to be able to continue filming the next chapter for Stacey and Joe, and their ever-growing family at Pickle Cottage."
Former actor Joe, 43, and Loose Women panellist Stacey, 35, have been together since 2016 after they met in 2010 when Solomon was competing on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! and Swash was co-hosting the spin-off.
The couple, who married in 2022, have three children together - Rex, six, Rose, four, and Belle, two. They both also have children from previous relationships. Stacey has Leighton and Zachary, while Joe has Harry.
Speaking to OK! ahead of the first series of their show, Stacey and Joe revealed viewers will get to witness them arguing on camera, explaining it was important to them not to cut out rows like other couples would be tempted to.
Joe said: "So many people represent their lives as being so perfect on . It's our responsibility to show the real - the highs and the lows. It's not all a bed of roses. Sometimes we argue.'
While Stacey added: "What you see is what you get. What we've learnt about each other is that we're not a perfect couple. We've never said we're a perfect couple, but you get to watch yourself back, which is something that doesn't happen often."
Stacey And Joe will air on One as a six-part series of hour-long episodes, with a launch date yet to be announced by the .
