The Met Office is warning of fresh chaos ahead as with 80mph winds.
In yet another weather warning, the forecaster said strong winds from Storm Ashley may bring even more chaos across the north and east of Scotland and northeast England before moving off.
Its latest yellow wind warning runs from midnight on Sunday (October 20) until 9am on Monday (October 21). It warns of a chance of injuries as well as of a "danger to life" from large waves and material being thrown onto coastal roads, seafronts and buildings.
Longer journey times and cancellations are possible on road, rail and ferry services, while tiles might be blown from roofs. Power cuts and road or bridge closures may also be possible.
The latest weather warning comes as a yellow warning for wind is already in place for the whole of Scotland and Northern Ireland as well as parts of north-west England and Wales and runs until midnight on Sunday.
An amber warning for north-west Scotland was issued at 9am and lasts until midnight, with the Met Office warning "injuries and danger to life" being likely from large waves and beach material being thrown on to coastal roads, sea fronts and properties.
