Court rejects Min Hee-jin's injunction to be reinstated as ADOR's CEOOn October 29, the 50th Civil Agreement Division of the Seoul Central District Court dismissed Min Hee-jin's injunction request to be reappointed as ADOR's CEO. The court stated that the former CEO's appeal failed to meet the necessary legal requirements. For the unversed, Min Hee-jin submitted the injunction in September 2024, seeking a special shareholders' meeting at ADOR to discuss her reinstatement as the HYBE subsidiary's CEO and board director. BTS' Jin shoots for new variety show in BusanBTS' Jin is set to make a guest appearance on a new variety show, titled Handsome Guys. Launched by PD Ryu Ho-jin, the upcoming program features Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Dong-hyun, Lee Yi-kyung, Shin Seung-ho and Oh Sanguk as the fixed cast. HYBE's internal report gets leaked, CEO issues apology During the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee audit on October 24, HYBE's COO was questioned about the label's weekly music industry report. Totaling up to 18000 pages, the document included harsh remarks about the looks and skills of artists from SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, YG Entertainment and other labels as well as unverified rumours, plans for viral marketing tactics against idols from other companies and more. ALSO READ: As the document went viral after being leaked online, HYBE's CEO Lee Jae-sang issued an apology to artists, industry officials as well as fans for the label's 'monitoring documents.' He stated that the document was just a collection of public opinions on industry trends and issues. However, the HYBE CEO acknowledged that the report's content was highly inappropriate.
