Smooth conduct of examinations across the state
The SSC exams this year were carried out at 989 centres distributed across 87 zones of Gujarat. These comprised 3,203 examination venues and a total of 31,397 examination halls, ensuring that the large number of candidates could be accommodated safely and efficiently.
A key feature of the 2025 examination process was the digitisation of hall tickets. Furthermore, to enhance the safety and transparency of question paper distribution, the Board utilised the ‘Paper Box Authentication and Tracking Application’, which ensured secure transit from the parcel zone offices to individual examination centres.

In addition to regular students, 82,313 repeater candidates had registered for the 2025 SSC exams. Of these, 78,613 appeared, and 25,357 were declared successful, resulting in a pass percentage of 32.26%.
