MP NEET UG 2025 round 1 seat allotment results to be released today at dme.mponline.gov.in: Check steps to download and other important details

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, will announce the Madhya Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate ( MP NEET UG ) 2025 Round 1 seat allotment results today, August 18, 2025. Candidates can access the allotment results on the official website: dme.mponline.gov.in.

Once the MP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 allotment results are declared, candidates must report to their allotted colleges from August 19 to 23, 2025, according to the revised schedule. Students can also opt for seat cancellation until August 24 and seat upgradation until August 23.

MP NEET UG 2025: Seat availabilityFor MBBS admissions, a total of 2,638 seats are available in government medical colleges and 2,200 seats in private medical colleges. Additionally, 1,170 BDS seats are offered in private dental colleges.

MP NEET UG 2025: Important instructions for candidatesDME Madhya Pradesh has instructed that students opting for seat upgradation must submit an affidavit of Rs 500 regarding rural service and complete the seat leaving bond if the seat is not upgraded.

MP NEET UG 2025: Updates on withheld resultsThe results of 79 UG candidates were previously withheld due to a petition concerning exam centre issues in Indore and Ujjain. They were allowed to participate in the counselling process after the National Testing Agency (NTA) declared their results. The Madhya Pradesh High Court revoked the direction to conduct a NEET re-exam, noting that last-minute weather changes were not under the exam authority’s control and that there was sufficient natural light to complete the exam.
