Candidates can access the allotment results on the official website: dme.mponline.gov.in.
Once the MP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 allotment results are declared, candidates must report to their allotted colleges from August 19 to 23, 2025, according to the revised schedule. Students can also opt for seat cancellation until August 24 and seat upgradation until August 23.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court revoked the direction to conduct a NEET re-exam, noting that last-minute weather changes were not under the exam authority’s control and that there was sufficient natural light to complete the exam.
