NEW DELHI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday confirmed the resumption of the IPL 2025 season, which will now take place across six venues starting May 17. The final is scheduled to be held on June 3.
The league was suspended on May 8 after the match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals was called off due to a security breach, following Pakistan’s attempted incursion into Indian airspace near Chandigarh, which led to a blackout at the stadium.
