As reported by Bloomberg, in a conversation with reporters, Altman said he is ‘not well-suited to be the CEO of a public company ’, despite overseeing one of the most ambitious infrastructure plans. Altman made the comment during a discussion about OpenAI’s plan to invest ‘trillions’ of dollars into computing infrastructure . OpenAI CEO also believes that a public listing is outcome of OpenAI’s growth, but shared that he may not be the right choice for the role of a public company CEO.
