With less than 3 weeks to the US presidential election, Vice President Kamala Harris has intensified her campaign against former President Donald Trump, specifically targeting his mental fitness for office.

This renewed focus follows a peculiar televised town hall in Oaks, Pennsylvania, where Trump strayed from town hall to engage in an impromptu musical session, swaying awkwardly for nearly 40 minutes.

Kamala's campaign claiming that Trump appeared “lost, confused, and frozen” on stage. While Trump initially answered questions about the economy, the tone shifted dramatically when two medical emergencies among the audience prompted him to fill the time with music instead. “Hope he’s okay,” Harris quipped on social media, sharing a video of Trump swaying and nodding.

Earlier, the Vice President has talked about the importance of transparency in health matters, urging Trump to release his medical records to the public, similar to her own disclosures, which confirmed her fitness for office. “This man is weak and he is unfit,” Harris declared, asserting that such behaviour is unbecoming of a presidential candidate.

Earlier after facing criticism from Kamala for not releasing his own medical report Trump called the VP, "slow and lethargic". On Truth Social, he said, “I believe it is very important that Kamala Harris pass a test on cognitive stamina and agility,” suggesting concerns about her mental fitness.

Harris challenged Trump to release his medical records after she disclosed hers, showing she is in excellent health and fit for the presidency. Trump deflected, questioning her mental acuity and alleging media bias in her favor.

Since 2015, Trump has provided limited health information, including a four-paragraph letter from his doctor. If elected, he would be 82 years old at the end of his term.
